Prince is the founder and managing partner at iCuerious. He is responsible for the overall implementation of the company-wide strategy. Additionally, he oversees the company’s geographic expansion and key business development initiatives. He has led continued growth of the company’s business since inception, and has been responsible for steering iCuerious’s strategic plans. His vision for iCuerious is to be recognized as the premier service provider in the IP consulting space, and leverage latest technology to optimize processes across the patent lifecycle, thereby facilitating a spurt in innovation.
Prior to starting iCuerious, Prince was a founding member at Researchwire Knowledge Solutions and a co-founder at a boutique patent research and analytics firm, which was subsequently acquired by LexInnova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from PEC University of Technology.
He brings close to a decade of experience in Intellectual Property Research and Analytics, and has led successful delivery of critical projects working closely with the R&D teams of multinational corporations and senior counsel at patent law firms. In addition to providing prosecution support to global high-tech firms resulting in more than 300 patent applications, Prince has advised several patent brokerage, monetization and licensing firms in successfully commercializing technology portfolios worth millions of dollars.
Amod helped technical leadership and project management roles in multiple companies. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree after graduating from Agra College in 1995.
At iCuerious, Amod is responsible for implementing security measures to ensure client confidentiality and for managing a team of software engineers on development of tools related to patent analytics. Amod also oversees the deployment of adequate data security and malware protection measures such as Advanced Firewall, Anti-Virus and Spam controllers.
Aditi joined iCuerious to help shape the people strategy and culture of the business, and has since become a driving force behind how the company grows and succeeds every day. With a background in Computer Science and an MBA in Human Resources, she combines technical know-how with a genuine passion for understanding people. Today, Aditi oversees HR operations and collaborates with leaders and teams across the organization to foster engagement, streamline processes, and ensure that every decision support both individuals and the company’s long-term vision. Her people-first mindset, thoughtful leadership, and knack for bridging gaps between management and employees have made her a trusted leader at iCuerious.
Before stepping into her current role, Aditi was an Assistant Professor in Computer Science & Engineering, teaching courses, mentoring students, developing curricula, and working alongside leading organizations like IBM and Infosys to advance faculty development. These experiences strengthened her strategic thinking and deepened her commitment to empowering others.

Shivaranjani is the HR Business Partner at iCuerious, responsible for driving HR strategy with a focus on a People-First culture and works closely with team leads to align the right people at the right time and strengthen people practices with organizational goals. She is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences from performance management and talent acquisition to policy development, compliance while also driving impactful innovative engagement events and training & development programs.
With over 7 years of experience spanning HR, IT Consulting and education sector, she brings a unique blend of technical acumen and people expertise. Prior to joining iCuerious, she worked as Technical specialist in a global consulting firm in a client-liaising role for IT project developments and as a placement executive in the education sector, where she played a key role in training and development for campus and industry programs.
She is a SHRM-Certified Professional from IIM Tiruchirappalli and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Tamil Nadu.

Kenjiro Suzuki serves as a distinguished Advisor to iCuerious, offering invaluable expertise in navigating Japanese corporate landscapes and aligning with their unique requirements. With a profound understanding of Japanese business intricacies, Suzuki-san plays a pivotal role in guiding iCuerious towards effective engagement with Japanese entities, ensuring precision in addressing their patent-related concerns.
Beyond his advisory capacity, Suzuki-san holds the position of Director at Tech Consiglie Co., Ltd., where he meticulously directs efforts to support Japanese enterprises. Mr. Ryu is one of the founders of InventGo IP & Law Group. At iCuerious, he advises the leadership team on establishing relationships with Technology Transfer departments of top-tier universities and R&D divisions of multinational Korean conglomerates, in projects related to state-of-the-art in the automobile space.
A qualified Patent Attorney and a Certified Valuation Analyst, Mr. Ryu brings more than a decade of diverse experience, including several years as an automotive and research engineer at Renault Samsung Motors and subsequently as a patent attorney in reputed law firms and IP Investment groups (namely, Lee International IP & Law Group, Y.P.LEE, MOCK & Partners and Intellectual Discovery Co., Ltd.). He has deep technology experience in areas as diverse as automotive engine development, smart cars, telematics, robotics, medical devices and computer architecture. Mr. Ryu is a renowned industry expert in designing IP and Patent Monetization strategy for Fortune 500 corporations, small and medium-sized businesses and individual inventors.
Mr. Ryu holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Seoul National University in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, respectively. He went on to complete his Ph.D. in Management of Technology from Korea University in 2014.
Mr. Rubin is a successful serial entrepreneur and has co-founded four companies, serving in technology leadership roles of CEO and CTO. He advises iCuerious on establishing long-term partnerships with high-tech clients, individual inventors and startups on the West Coast.
Mr. Rubin is a registered patent agent and an inventor, specializing in software, web, electronics and optics patents. He brings decades of experience in Intellectual Property development, analysis and valuation, and holds multiple patents in the domains of networking, communications and image processing.
Mr Rubin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1975, majoring in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. At U.C. Berkeley, he invented the first mag-stripe, debit-card controlled copy machine controller, founding his first company XKR Research, Inc. in the process, which was profitably sold to Pitney Bowes. He was also inducted into the Engineering Honors Society. He has designed and delivered custom hardware to Disney Corporation, IBM, GE, and numerous US agencies.
Mr. Park is one of the founding partners of InventGo IP & Law Group, a boutique firm comprising technical, legal and business experts which advises clients on their IP strategy and on maximizing returns on R&D investments. He advises iCuerious on establishing relationships with Technology Transfer departments of top-tier universities and R&D divisions of multinational Korean conglomerates, in projects related to state-of-the-art in consumer electronics and telecommunications.
He is a qualified Patent Attorney and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Prior to starting InventGo IP, Mr. Park gained rich experience as a Patent Attorney at Lee International IP & Law Group, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Korea, and Intellectual Discovery Co., Ltd., one of the top IP investment firms based in Asia which serves global corporations in the US, China, Japan and Europe. His technical acumen extends across domains ranging from telecommunications, cloud computing, security, wireless power to consumer electronics, mobile applications and gaming. He provides consultative solutions to clients in the fields of patent portfolio mining, product search and prosecution strategy, and patent monetization via sales and licensing.
Mr. Park holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Law in Intellectual Property from Seoul National University. He also completed the Summer LLM Program Course at Santa Clara University in 2014.
