- Conducted a comprehensive landscape and product-patent mapping study in the off-road vehicles domain, spanning over six months. This enabled the Client to identify technology white spaces, competitor positioning, and strategic future focus areas.
- Maintained strong relationships with existing Clients across diverse industries, including power tools, off-road vehicles, stationery, wireless communication, materials, and more.
- Provided over 500 invalidity search projects in support of law firms globally, maintaining a success rate above 95%, with numerous prior art references cited as top references in Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs).
- Expanded the IP Operations team and continued to foster growth aligned with our core cultural values.

- Conducted Standard Essential Patent (SEP) evaluations for a comprehensive portfolio of Wi-Fi5, Wi-Fi6, and Wi-Fi7 patents.
- Fostered business relationships with a diverse range of corporate clients across various industries and global markets.
- Supported several automotive companies on strategic projects, including landscape and competitive benchmarking, and assisted in product development for electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, and software-defined vehicles.
- Doubled our team size including technology consultants, sales, and experienced patent professionals.
- Hired reverse engineering technology experts in semiconductor domain, enabling us to cater corporate Clients in finding licensing and monetizing potential of patents disclosing backend technology.
- Initiated business relations with one of the top ten worldwide semiconductor company.
- Drafted more than 600 provisional and non-provisional patent applications in the domain of computer networks, telecommunication, and general inventions.
- Successfully completed more than 10 contingency-based invalidity searches commissioned by top-tier U.S. law firms.
- Contracted with a multinational company, headquartered in U.S., that designs, produces, and sells agricultural equipment, and supporting them on expert invalidity search and opinions, and prior art search on all the invention disclosures.
- Created multiple Software Tools such as iCueLink, CueChart, and iCueMap, facilitating automated linking of patents to different patent databases, automated claim chart generation, and one-click patent family tree generation.
- Developed an off-shore research center for a Texas-based boutique law firm, serving all their patent prosecution requirements such as invention reviewing and interviewing the inventors, patentability search and opinions, drafting provisional and non-provisional applications, and filing of patent applications.
- Contracted with a Miami-based U.S. law firm, and worked on drafting more than 400 U.S. applications in an year.
- Established relationships with some new premier U.S. law firms including Pillsburry, Arnold & Porter, Husch Blackwell and others.
- Worked on a unique EOU charting work requiring testing on Smartphone from top 10 market players in U.S. using packet sniffing.
- Shifted company headquarters to a Business Technology Park based in Mohali, Punjab.
- Worked on more than 250 strategic prior art searches for all internal invention disclosures from two international medical appliances companies.
- Worked with a renowned computer networking company, and drafted strategic marketing packages on patents assigned to Secure Elements, UTStarcom, Woven Systems, WhiteCell, Cosine Communication, and InterGuard.
- Created multiple Software Tools such as iCueView, iCuEvaluator, and iCueBook for shortening patent search and analysis time.
- Worked on a major Patent Portfolio Mining & EOU charting work on U.S. Patents assigned to KAIST, KIST, Korea University, POSTECH Academy Industry Foundation, Seoul National University.
- Drafted more than 40 non-provisional applications in the domain of computer networking, and more than 80 provisional applications in different technology subject matters.
- Established relationships with some new premier U.S. law firms including Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, Finnegan, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and others.
- Evaluated a large patent portfolio of Korean Universities & Research Institutes (approx. 1200 patents), and identified key patents with high monetization potential.
- Executed a patent commercialization program for a billion dollar telecommunications equipment company based in Florida.
- Initiated relationships with two multinational medical appliance manufacturers, and provided technical support on prior art searches, portfolio monitoring and state-of-the-art studies.
- Continued our engagement with an IP management company, and worked for more than 1000 hours on projects related to EOU charting, patent portfolio assessment, and patent triage.
- Provided litigation support to multiple AM Law 50 clients.
- Worked on a source code review case in a US patent litigation involving major smartphone manufacturers, and helped the client win a favourable settlement.
- Worked with several boutique US law firms, and executed over 600 prior art search projects.
- Won 8 contingency model based Invalidity Searches.
- Worked with a renowned computer networking company, and drafted more than 60 non-provisional patent applications. We also supported the client on two high profile patent litigation cases.
- Provided end-to-end technology support to the defendant in a patent litigation filed by a French telecommunications equipment company.
- Worked on a patent evaluation study for Intel’s patents with the objective of preparing claim charts against target companies.
- Executed a licensing program for our client mapping their patent portfolio to products of a competitor.
- Worked on the evaluation of a 1000+ patent portfolio of a major telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Identified key patents with high monetization potential.
- Evaluation of a 200+ patent portfolio related to IPTVs. The valuation was done based on multiple parameters such as enforceability, validity, detectability, commercial use, and others.
- Evaluation of 400+ patent applications assigned to one of the renowned universities based in South Korea. The evaluation involved claim scope analysis, manual rating of the technologies disclosed in the patent applications, and quantitative formula-based rating. The intent of the evaluation was to find key applications to pursue for patents.
- Successfully conducted a Benchmark Study for Clariant, a billion dollar specialty chemicals company. Worked on more than 50 invalidation, 20 FTOs, and 150 novelty searches for US law firms.
- Established relationships with 10 new premier law firms including Baker Botts LLP, Fish & Richardson P.C., Nixon Peabody, Arent Fox, and others.
- Provided end-to-end technology support to the defendant in a patent litigation between two multinational network security device manufacturers.
- Ran a patent licensing program and negotiations for our client with a network security company based in Santa Clara, California.
- Evaluated and ranked a 2600+strong patent portfolio of an IP Management company based in South Korea. It was an incredibly diverse patent portfolio spanning over 20 different technologies, some of them related to mobile services and communications, light-emitting diodes, batteries, next-generation NFC technologies and cloud computing.
- Won three contingency projects related to EOU charting.
- Worked on over 30 Novelty searches per month, received from different mid-sized law firms based in the US. Quality of the results ensured long-term relationships with the clients.
- Executed a series of Invalidity searches, conducted for invalidation of ContentGuard Holdings, Inc. patents, commissioned by an AM Law 100 law firm.
- Working on 20+ patent application drafts from various technical domains including computer networking.
- Worked for more than 10,000 hours with an IP Management company based in South Korea. We provided full patent commercialization support that involved evaluation of patent portfolios and assisting the Client in acquiring diamond patents, Market assessment and EOU charting, and drafting Patent portfolio sales packages.
- Evaluated the patent portfolios of some of the renowned research institutes such as ETRI, KAIST, and KIST.
- Won three contingency projects related to EOU charting.
